Been cycling for 3 months... Lost 5kg but my face still bulat, only tat im not satiesfied~ No more big tummy tats for sure. Haha...Not all turn up for the final ride. Mostly on vacation. Final cycling was the toughest ride. Richard blew his front tyre off when he hit a wood on the side of the road during our way back from K.Baram.

After 45 minutes cycling from Lutong. We reached esplande. Taking some rest then head back home. We was cycling against the wind home so i took more than 45 minutes back. Weather was good and i might cycling for few times before i leave miri....

Next week is christmas and im off from miri for few days... yea!

Went cycling and stopped by PBC this evening. Reached there & its almost sunset. Saw King on his way to his car. Managed to grab some picture before i go.

Aviation week

Yesterday,met athena and siewfung in SOHO,spend time eating and chit chat. Well,i never know that cabincrew job are very demanding nowadays. Lots of benefits.... More than what i expected@flying@clubbing@free duty goody.

Today,my ex-labuan classmate Miraz with 4 flying cadet in bintulu international aviation academy drove down to miri to meet me. Having lunch in 925 then dinner in SOHO again. Sigh,miri night life are way back compare to other cities. *Youre not a pilot if you dunno to drink* so after our dinner we whn to JIN WU for (warming up) hahaha then head to balcony. Meet one of the flying instructor from bintulu too there. Wonder why i get so close with all my fyling crew frenz this week.Most of them shared their flying duties stuff. Makes me gatal gatal hati dream to be a pilot. Argh........

The biggest and brightess moon appeared in miri sky last night. Expected to be 30% brighter and 25& bigger than usual. Will have some shots if i bring out my camera last nite.

i think i've been listening to this song hundreds of time a week. Just can feel that how desperate a person can be when the time telling he needed to move forward.

Recently spend most of the time fishing in various area in miri. Fark,where all the big fish gone to?! Only caught some fishes size as my hand. Stop fishing next week!!!

Cant wait for christmas---- My old christmas tree cant stand on the footing. So we need to find a brand new christmas tree. Hope to get a larger one than the previous one....

Argh,flora told me its snowing in manchester...... jealous amai!!! @#$@#$%#%@^%^$^....-6 degree yesterday. In middlesbrough,i think it should be way way colder that that... She send me some pic... cant upload it here... Just a mild snow on the grass...
